Teen support group

A safe place for teens 13 - 17 who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, self-worth, peer pressure/bullying to talk without judgement.

  • Friday’s from 6 - 7:30 pm in Plymouth, new session dates coming soon

  • $30/session or $150 for 5 weeks, certain insurances accepted

  • Facilitated by Marissa Eans, LLMSW

Maternal mental health

A supportive group for mom’s experiencing postpartum anxiety and depression. The group is dedicated to nurturing and uplifting mothers mental health.

  • New session dates TBD in Plymouth

  • $25/session, certain insurances accepted

  • Facilitated by Lilly Martinez, LLMSW

  • No childcare provided, but babies are welcome

 

Anxiety support group

A group focused on assisting young adults in identifying and coping with their experiences of anxiety whether they’re caused by challenging experiences, social situations, daily life, or other anxiety-based difficulties (ex. OCD). There will also be the option to end with an open discussion without a set topic allowing them to share and obtain support even in areas outside of anxiety.

  • Every Wednesday from 10 - 11:30 am for 12 weeks in Plymouth, start date TBD

  • $20/session, certain insurances accepted

  • Facilitated by Megan Senita, LLP and Todd Crawford, TLLP

First Responder Group

Opportunity for first responders to discuss personal and work-related stress that accompanies working in rigorous environments with other participants who understand the demands of the career.

  • Session dates and location TBD

  • $30/session, certain insurances accepted

  • Facilitated by Ashley Kierpaul, TLLP; a licensed clinician who is also currently employed as a sergeant in law enforcement and a military veteran.

 
 

Strength Behind the Badge

A specialized group for first responder spouses and significant others that offers a safe and empathetic environment to navigate the distinct challenges they face, and build resilience together.
