A safe place for teens 13 - 17 who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, self-worth, peer pressure/bullying to talk without judgement.

A supportive group for mom’s experiencing postpartum anxiety and depression. The group is dedicated to nurturing and uplifting mothers mental health.

A group focused on assisting young adults in identifying and coping with their experiences of anxiety whether they’re caused by challenging experiences, social situations, daily life, or other anxiety-based difficulties (ex. OCD). There will also be the option to end with an open discussion without a set topic allowing them to share and obtain support even in areas outside of anxiety.
